Royal Suite
Located on the second floor, the Royal Suite offers 800 square feet of comfort and old-world elegance in the main part of the building dating back to the 1930s. It is accessible from both the main tower staircase and the rear lounge stairs and is a favourite with couples looking for a romantic getaway. Taking into account our varying seasons, the suite is equipped with both air conditioning and radiant floor heating in the private bath. The dining area features an original Persian carpet and provides the perfect opportunity for a romantic dinner for two in the privacy of your room. Two large windows overlook the river valley, and frame a beautiful view that varies with the seasons--from spring and summer greens and blues to vibrant autumnal hues and pristine winter whites. In the other direction, look out over the spacious lawn sweeping back to meet the estate’s old-growth forest.
Relax in front of the original fireplace with a cup of tea or watch a DVD on the wall-mounted LCD television located on the adjacent wall. The suite provides a Deluxe King size bed, dining and sitting areas and a fireplace, as well as a shower stall and two-person jet tub in the private bathroom, and plenty of closet space. It features a sunny secluded sitting area overlooking the sweeping back lawn as well as a glimpse of the St John River. This airy space features a domed ceiling and fan, and can be converted into a private dining area on special occasions. In the main room, an antique chaise longue faces the original fireplace over an expanse of Persian carpet and provides the perfect spot for a quiet hour spent reading or relaxing. The Deluxe King size bed faces a dark wood armoire that discretely houses a television and DVD player, and air conditioning provides summer comfort. A two-person jet tub dominates the spacious private bathroom, complete with a separate glass shower unit and antique dressing chair.

Edinburgh Room 
Located on the second floor, the Edinburgh Room lies in the newer part of the building that was completed in 2009. Tranquil golden tones and sumptuous fabric textures make the Edinburgh Room a spacious haven of sophisticated comfort blending modern convenience with a classic decorating style highlighted with eclectic accents such as an animal print upholstered chair and zebra striped decorative carpet in the large bathroom. The King Size bed faces both a large window overlooking the St John River valley, and a wooden armoire housing the television and DVD player. A window-facing writing desk offers a rare opportunity to put pen to paper, and amenities such as air conditioning, complimentary in-room coffee and tea making facilities, Lord & Mayfair toiletries, a separate glass shower stall and cable television all contribute to a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

Balmoral Room 
Located on the third floor, the Balmoral Room is cozily nestled under the sloping eaves of the newer part of the building completed in 2009. Traditional wainscoting and natural wooden floors combine with rustic tartan accents to lend a Scottish hunting lodge feel to the spacious area. Antique furnishings blend seamlessly with modern comforts –a carved wooden rocker snuggles up to a custom-built fireplace while vintage travelling cases rest impatiently in one corner. A writing desk and television with DVD player face the King Size bed, with views out across the lush lawn to the old-growth forest beyond. If you’re lucky, catch a glimpse of the resident wildlife and take in the wonder of unspoiled nature from the comfort of your room.

The Glamis Room is located on the second floor in the newest part of the building that opened in 2009. Named after the ancestral home of Her Royal Highness the Queen Mother, the room is reminiscent of the grand lady herself—soft and feminine, swathed in the soothing colours and floral themes of an English country garden. Antique furnishings and English cottage-style accents compliment the decor and lend an air of vintage chic to this very comfortable room. The Windsor Room is located on the second floor in the newest part of the building that opened in 2009. Overlooking the circular drive and garden, this room features a Queen Size bed and is decorated in soothing shades of peach and green. The spacious bathroom is stocked with complimentary Lord & Mayfair toiletries and highlights a two-person jet tub and separate glass shower unit. Room 9 -- Buckingham  The Buckingham room is located on the second floor of the newest part of the building that opened in 2009 and sits adjacent to the Windsor Room. The two sister rooms are ideal for a family travelling together who would like common space with a degree of independence. Decorated in tranquil colours and overlooking the circular drive and garden, the room features a Queen Sized bed, cable television and DVD player, in-room coffee and tea making facilities, and air conditioning. Room 10 -- Stirling  The Stirling room is located on the third floor of the newest part of the building that opened in 2009 and looks out onto the property’s lush old-growth forest. Nestled cosily under the eaves, this tranquil-toned room features a Queen Size bed, desk, and small sitting area. The private bathroom features a bathtub with shower, hairdryer, and complimentary Lord & Mayfair toiletries, while the bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, cable television and in-room coffee and tea making facilities. A fantastic room for children, the Stirling Room makes a great add-on for those staying in the Balmoral Room as they are the only two rooms on this level and lie approximately 15 feet away from each-other at opposite ends of a short corridor. Room 3 -- Regency 
Located on the third floor of the original part of the building dating to the 1930s, the Regency room can be accessed via the tower staircase or the back lounge stairs. The room’s large west-facing window offers a view across the St John River valley and offers the perfect location to sit and watch the sun set with a cup of tea from the complimentary in-room facilities. Two Queen Size beds dominate the room and render it the ideal accommodation for families or friends travelling together. This comfortable room offers a writing desk and electric fireplace, as well as cable television, DVD player, and air conditioning. The Empire Room is a great addition to the Regency Room as they are the only rooms situated on this floor and lend themselves well to families or groups travelling together.
